Female bladder v/s Male bladder

According to him/her MEN HAVE SMALLER BLADDERS THAN WOMEN...

arithmetically
female bladder capacity > male bladder capacity

...i found the concept and the reasoning very true....and wait it is rational and not just thrown in as a statement without head or tail.
The argument to support this case is the thousands of male bladders emptying themselves on our already 'not so clean' roads for the lack of storage space *i assume they are not doing it for cheap thrills , compared to the female bladders who presumibly have bigger bladders and hence more capacity to store which gives them more time to find toilets and further resulting them not resorting to emptying them *mostly on high streets, on different color walls and beneath the flyover......With a lot of people and not just me knowing the fact that thier walls go through a wash which they would rather do without, write a lot of unclean language on them like(dekh gadha m*** raha hai or abey ghodhe ghar pe m***)... but our small bladder men even after reading these unclean comments dont refrain from the act, makes me believe that it gets out of thier hand and it is a decision 'under pressure' and in emergency situation because of availibility of less space which is due to smaller bladder capacity.........s
the goverments steps of opening public toilets only for men (mostly that i have seen) around the city also endosres my findings.......so people please keep the above in mind when you make a face while seeing someone answering the natures call on your walls.

please note the assumptions taken are
1. the location is india
2. the survey by the writer is of delhi
3. males and females have equal quantities of water
